I don't have a solution or any suggestions but I wanted to say that we are experiencing the exact same issue! We too visited two different T-Mobile stores and nobody could not help us. We were issued a ticket, and it has been more than 2 months too. My husband cannot see where my kid is because his phone cannot pair with her watch. I as an administrator has tried to add him as a guardian, no success. I invited him by sending a link, the link showed nothing. We don't even know if anyone at their IT dept is working to solve these problems. We are extremely disappointed with T-Mobile removing SyncUp KIDS app before it tested and integrated T-Life app successfully. We also wish someone in the management or the executive team would read this. But like I said, it has been more than 2 months. Thank you for your reply and suggestion! Unfortunately, it did not work for my husband's phone and my daughter's SyncUp KIDS watch. 😞 After I deleted contacts, I sent him once again an invitation link which led to nowhere. But I appreciate you sharing your experience! I cannot believe that T-Mobile has not provided us with a solution. Our ticket number has been open for months now. I don't understand why they removed SyncUp KIDS app which was working find. T-Life is useless. If anyone else has solutions or suggestions, please let me know. We switched T-Mobile in June. Ever sinceSyncUP KIDSapp switched to T-life app, I cannot add my husband as a guardian, hence, he cannot track our kid. We went to 2 different T-Mobile retails, none of them could help us. We got a ticket number. I can at least see my kid's location but I cannot see my husband's location either. It has been 3 weeks, none of the tech support team members contacted us back. While waiting we did everything - uninstall, install, repeatedly. Nothing has worked so far. I sent invite links to my husband, and the links do not work. When he tries to pair the watch manually, it keeps saying "Something went wrong. Please try again". We are extremely disappointed with T-Mobile removing SyncUp KIDS app before it tested and integrated successfully.
