Hey there! Have you tried using the Self-service & short codes from our Support site to check the balance for data? There's a code for data specifically and there's one to check your service cycle too.
After checking the balances to make sure your data bucket isn’t empty, you can try a few simple troubleshooting steps. Restarting the phone is always a good start.
Our Internet and data issues | T-Mobile Support page shows some really easy-to-follow steps for fixing data issues.
