You open the [T-Life app](https://www.t-mobile.com/apps) and use the [T-Life Troubleshooter](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/device-troubleshooting/troubleshoot-with-t-life). 2. Your device has been restarted. Refer to why it's important to [Restart your device regularly.](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/device-troubleshooting/restart-your-device-regularly) 3. It has at least two signal bars. Airplane mode is turned off. 5. Data roaming is turned on if you're roaming across cellular networks. 6. Wi-Fi is turned off and you're using T-Mobile data. Set the Network Mode to __2G/3G/4G/LTE__ or __Auto__ mode in device settings. Learn how in [Device tutorials](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/tutorials). 02. Delete the cache, cookies, and history in your browser. 03. Uninstall downloaded apps such as 3rd party browsers, battery savers, launchers/home screen apps, or any other recently downloaded apps. 04. Android devices: - Reset the device APNs to default. For non-T-Mobile phones, refer to [BYOD T-Mobile data & APN settings](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/not-sold-by-t-mobile/byod-t-mobile-data-and-apn-settings). - Wipe the __cache partition__. - Turn on __data connection__ or packet __data settings__. If it's already on, toggle it off and back on. - Turn off __Data Usage Limit__ or __Data Limit__. 05. Turn off any VPN settings or apps. 08. Remove the battery, and re-insert it. If you don't have a removable battery, hold the power and volume down buttons until it resets. 09. Turn on the device and test your internet. 10. Slow Internet: - On [your T-Mobile account](https://account.t-mobile.com/), check that you haven't used all of your high-speed data bucket. Test loading the web page on a computer. If it fails, contact the website owner. 02. Check if the website uses Adobe Flash. Mobile devices do not support Flash. 03. Dial __#RON#__ (#766), then __Send__ to enable data roaming on the network, so you can connect to the Internet. 2. Check for any text messages indicating your domestic data roaming limit has been reached. If it has you can't use data roaming until your next bill cycle. 3. Reset device APNs to default. For non-T-Mobile phones, refer to [BYOD T-Mobile data & APN settings](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/not-sold-by-t-mobile/byod-t-mobile-data-and-apn-settings). 4. In APN settings, verify that the APN protocol is set to __IPv4/IPv6 Auto__ or __IPv4 Only__. 5. Perform a manual network selection and try to connect every roaming partner's network at least three times. 6. If roaming internationally, check whether your IMSI begins with 310260 in your phone settings.
