'Keep your phone and switch' for existing customers
If I’m exisitng customer and I want to transfer one line from Verizon and I have a financed phone with Verizon is this possible to get $800? I wanted to trade in Verizon phone to T-Mobile > Get a ...
If you are adding a brand new line to your existing account and porting the number in from Verizon, then you would be eligible for the Keep and Switch program. That one does not require a trade in and you still get that rebate for bringing that number to us. You can read more about the Keep and Switch program on our Support page.
