Why am I still not able to file for my $200 rebate? Home internet
I placed my order for T-Mobile home internet back on 6/13/24 and received/activated my service on 6/15/2024 however every time i go to the redemption center to fill out to get my rebate that i was promised it has an error message to try later. i have been trying for months!
The continue button is not an active button and the bottom left of the screen says “something went wrong,please try again”.
what do i do? i have been checking all the time from my desktop and phone. still the same thing.
Help!!!

same cannot check status on my own - been waiting about 14 weeks right now, phone number says to keep waiting and thats its pending
