T-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.
T-Mobile Fiber CGNAT & IPV6 Questions (How Do I Get Support?)
I was just connected to T-Mobile Fiber this weekend and I’m trialing it out. It looks like their fiber service also uses CGNAT (Why?!) which is killing some self hosted appliances that I need for work. I’m trying to figure out if I can access externally via IPV6 but there aren’t any resources online yet. I’m also trying to find out if I can pay for static IPs or business service but there isn’t any information about that yet, either. Making this tons easier is that T-Mobile only offer chat support. The support system says it’s open Mon-Sun until 9p EST. Funny enough, after two days of trying to connect I only get the message that no support reps are available. Does anyone know of any way I can speak with techs for the fiber service?UPnP not successful on Xbox Series S
Ever since I switched to the BYOD-Router internet gateway I haven’t been able to stay in party chats. Everything else works perfectly fine no connectivity issues on my laptop, phone, or TVs but as soon as I join an Xbox live party it’s fine for a couple seconds then I lose connection. Game chat works fine. My NAT is moderate but it used to be open. Also my xbox is saying UPnP not successful. I logged into my router but there doesn’t seem to be any configurable network settings. Anyone know how to enable UPnP?
Static IP with home internet or business internet?
Is it possible for me to get one or more static IP addresses if i sign up for either T-Moble home internet or T-Mobile busness internet? Ideally, I need 2 or 3 static IP addresses. Also, if I move to a different location where T-Mobile home or business internet is offered, would I get to keep the same static IP addresses? Thank you very much.
Home Internet Promo: $200 Prepaid Virtual Card (Total Joke)
Hi, T-Mobile Community! I’m hopping on to introduce myself as one of the latest suckers who foolishly fell for the $200 prepaid virtual Mastercard home internet promotion! I switched from another perfectly good internet provider after being lured in by the promo. I activated my service in August and submitted for the promo online in September. I called customer service after about 5 weeks. I was then told to expect the card near the beginning of October. When I didn’t receive it, I called again and was told to expect it on November 7th, right at the 8 week mark. I did notice my status changed from “received” to “approved” on the online tracker. This morning I called Customer service and was told it’s actually not approved, but “pending,” and that I should check again at the end of this month because processing takes at least ten weeks. As much fun as the anticipation, uncertainty, and inconsistency has been, I think I’m going to go ahead and go back to my former provider. This whole gaslit bit is not for me. If this has happened to you, know that you are not alone!! And if you’re someone who is considering switching providers for and advertised rebate or promotion, please reconsider!Why am I still not able to file for my $200 rebate? Home internet
I placed my order for T-Mobile home internet back on 6/13/24 and received/activated my service on 6/15/2024 however every time i go to the redemption center to fill out to get my rebate that i was promised it has an error message to try later. i have been trying for months! The continue button is not an active button and the bottom left of the screen says “something went wrong,please try again”. what do i do? i have been checking all the time from my desktop and phone. still the same thing. Use to be able to choose from 2 separate lines under my email now I can't, I'm on a family phone plan with my family, but I got home internet for myself, the app and website use to give me the option to choose which line I'm accessing but now I can't access my internet line to pay my bill or change payment.
Home Internet gets disconnected very often
Recently 2 weeks back I switched to T mobile home internet. I facing lot of difficulties to work from home due inconsistent internet connection. Microsoft teams call gets dropped very frequently. All devices goes out off internet. Raise complaint but nothing is resolved so far. Please look into this seriously.
