Can Hotspot plans be changed?

I have a MiFi hotspot with a TMo 100GB/month plan. I am thinking I would like to change that plan to one of the newer TMo hotspot plans - probably the 5GB/$20 month plan using the same device that I have - already paid for that I bought through TMo.

Is that possible - can the type of plan and the cost be easily changed for a hotspot? I don’t need a new one and don’t want to just cancel what I have since I have other devices on the same account and don’t want to lose access to the account.

Who would I need to talk to about this - any ideas greatly appreciated.
