International Passes could use improvement.
I recently made a purchase for an 30 day pass for an international plan. In the app I taped on the device I wanted to add the plan to and unfortunately it had defaulted and added it to my line. I contacted customer service about the error and requested it to be moved to the correct line. I was informed that I would have to purchase another plan to put it on another line. I think this process is unnecessary given the fact the purchase was made less that 24hours from when the request of change was made and the bill itself would not change by switching the line its on. I reported my feedback to the service provider. T-mobile I'm looking at you as a business to fix a problem like this. As a customer I was let down by this.
