T-Mobile promotions scam

I am a customer with for over 10 years with T-Mobile. I am reaching out regarding a frustrating issue with a recent phone upgrade I ordered through T-Mobile's website.

On 10/26, I purchased the RAZR+ phone as part of a promotion offering $600 off, with a monthly plan of approximately $16. Additionally, the promotion stated that $25 would be credited to my bill each month. However, my experience with this promotion has been disappointing and misleading.
