"Warning: Don't Fall for T-Mobile's Scam!"
This is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. They run a total scam! They’ve been charging me for over a year for a phone I don’t even have, and they keep billing me for phones that aren’t mine. I’ve made several complaints, but all they do is continue to charge me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I have a huge platform on social media, and I’m going to let everyone know what they’re doing. Seriously, do not sign up with T-Mobile—they’re running a scam!

Hello, evidently you work for a competitor. I have been with T-Mobile since 2004 and have never had any issues with them. Customer service has been excellent every time answering my questions to resolve an issue I was having and could not figure it out on my own. Every time I have not had an issue with changing phones or plans and still being charged for the discontinued phones or plans. I suggest you try a different store, maybe in another state. It just might be the personnel you spoke with that didn't care to resolve your issues if they actually do/did exist at all. I highly recommend T-Mobile. Cell and 5G Internet.
