Customer service in store/Chat

      Too all those who have T-moble account beware of the lack of attention when it comes to cancelling they basically took my money.I requested multiple times to cancel service beginning right after last months bill. They told me I had too take the device to the store,I took the device to multiple stores to no avail, cuzz it had to go a specific store.I went back on the chat and ask for a store location she looked  up my account and found the device was paid for, and that the account would be cancelled my money wouldnt be returned and that my service would run out till this month. I get billed again this month, so i started another Chat with  a bunch of excuses and condescending remarks no return of my money ,and was told once again I would be cancelled, so I had to remove my banking info to ensure there wont be. They took 100 dollars from me to try too cancel service.
