3 months ago I was promised account adjustment by a Tmobil supervisor that has not been applied
My husband & I took a trip to Cuba back I'm May 2023, we were totally disconnected from our family not just because we didn't want it to talk to them but because we did not have any internet connect...

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or X to see if they can help, they also are a higher tier of support.
