I don’t have data in Mexico
I am in Mexico right now and my data is not working.Every time I come here, I get 5G high speed data and then unlimited low speed data, every month, for 3 months. I always get a “Welcome to Mexico” text when I land. However, this last trip I have not gotten a “Welcome to Mexico” text and I have been here for 2 months already. My phone has said no service since I have been here and I haven’thad any data! I have a Magenta plan and I know this is supposed to be included. I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 with T-Mobile eSIM on the international roaming service. My phone works fine on international roaming while travel to Singapore and China. While the watch never response, keeping showing loading with T-Mobile. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks

I have this phone IMEI: 353388682198652. I was told this device does not ask for an unlocking code when an incompatible sim card is inserted, and instead requires unlocking via a Device Unlock App. I am in Belize. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is actually locked to Sprint USA
