FALSE ADVERTISING/PROMISES BY TMOBILE!
For some reason, their site is not letting me post this comment. Since signing up with T-Mobile in 2022 - the senior rate - which WAS $50 when I signed up, the guaranteed rate that "would never increase" has increased TWICE! The first was $5 per month when suddenly my chosen auto pay method (credit card used for phone insurance) would no longer qualify for auto-pay discount, even though I am still on auto-pay. This was a disguised increase. Then today I get another increase of $5 per month. So my locked in rate that was NEVER supposed to increase, which got T-Mobile a lot of their customer base, was total BS! My rate has gone up TWENTY PERCENT in less than three years! TM has removed much of the guaranteed pricing language from it's website too! Bait and switch. False advertising. False agreements. FALSE promises.

Yes this happened to me as well with the inseego internet fx2000 router. They offered a promotion but never gave it to me, instead increased my service $10 no explanation! I filed a complaint regarding this matter and the unethical consumer laws T-Mobile is exhibiting.

Terrym=, Yes, over 25 yrs ago I was LOCKED in to a plan that was as you described above. Of course, when I received the message that my bill would be increased, I logged onto the CHAT OPTION, which was basically a waste of time. I asked for Tmobile's CEO name and address, and of course they stated they couldn't provide. I hope that Tmobile get inundated with complaints. I'm old school....I will write to the CEO. $5 is $5 for those of us on fixed incomes/retired. I was also told that if I sign on to another tmobile plan, I could save $ and that I would be LOCKED INTO that price.....yea right...Fool me once! Anyway, is see that there are a lot of complaints and the fact that this goes into affect next month is really a lack of respect on Tmobiles part. After so many years with this company you would THINK that those of us with longstanding accounts would get a break. Everyone out for the last dollar they can get from their consumers. Terrible business practice in my humble opinion!!

False commercial. Although they have the best customer service I've ever experienced I hate being lied to. With their customers on the rise for both phone and internet why would they need an increase? Might be time to look elsewhere.
