Why Is Home Internet So Slow?
From day one the highest speed has been 13 Mbps. It often goes down to 1 Mbps. Adjusting settings and reseting the router do nothing. This internet is a joke!
You haven’t given a lot of information to go on. I assume you’ve tried different locations (including windows) in your house to maximize signal. Beyond that, you can go into “Advanced Cellular Metrics” for both the LTE and 5G bands and report back about what you are seeing.
