TMobile Home Internet experience

Over the past few years, I have tried and used various versions. And devices.  8 have just cancelled it.

Initially, I was offered a trial of the 4g lte home Internet that came with a battery .

Tbh, it wasn't bad.  Downsides - home phone jack was disabled (at the time, it could have been an easy sell for many).  Hulu live wasn't compatible (still isn't), and the price was $60/month).  I returned it.

Laster, the 5g home Internet was available.  It also gave me a free month my local tower was still LTE, and it picked up 5g from another  Performance was awful , and still $60/month.  Returned

Later Xmas "sale" for TMHI at $25/month.  I picked on up, as I knew 5g was around the corner.  400/50 was good on the KV21.  The following year, the g4ar/se became available.  Slightly better performance. Tower was limited.

This past October, when T-Mobile upped the backhaul, they started patching the gateways.   This literally ruined the service.  Since last October, I've been through 5 gateway exchanges.  The final straw was the $25/month increases as well as the hard 1/2 day outages since Feb 14, and several disconnects + VPN issues.

The service may be fast (+1gbps), just not reliable, and TMobile has no answers.
