In my case, I created a separate 2.4Ghz SSID and called it “Printers” with WPA/WPA2 security settings, then restarted both my printer and the gateway, and it worked for me.
Yeah, that’s what the tech guy had me do. It will print if it’s connected via ethernet to the Gateway. But when I unplug the ethernet from the printer...no printing.
