Promotional Problems
I had chosen to get the iPhone 15 Pro from T-Mobile because of the 12.50 credit thing when I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I have never done a trade in via my Service Provider and figured it would be worth it. I was wrong and I will need to call tomorrow.
I went into T-Mobile today and found out that I was not getting the credit discount of 50 bucks minus the 12.50 for the trade in. Apparently it got cancelled and I had no knowledge of it and it never really showed up on my bill. The credit just sits there and there is supposed to be a "-discount" thing on the bill but there was none. I tried to get a hold of Customer Service today while I was at T-Mobile but all I got was the automated voice that sounded like a scammer (😅) and the Employee who helped me was just as frazzled as I was. I have never had issues with T-Mobile, which is weird. I do not know why it was cancelled and the strange thing was when I shipped my phone not even two days later, I got the notification that my phone was in good condition and the trade in discount could begin. But then in the store today I was told there was a trade in issue but no explanation whatsoever.
I am so confused. I am hoping to get things cleared up tomorrow so I can figure out what to do next.
