promotion issue
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of progress on my T-Mobile rebate. I have been waiting for over nine months for a $150 prepaid Mastercard that I was promised when I signed up for 5G home Internet as part of a promotion. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support over the phone, I have not received any updates and keep getting the runaround. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution on the rebate and a clear explanation for this outrageous delay.
Has anyone else experienced such a long delay in receiving a rebate? I can't believe it's been over nine months already.

This is a forum for customers to seek help from other customers with some T-Mobile moderation. No one here has access to your account. Have you tried reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to see if they can get this resolved for you?
