New Router not connecting to T-Mobile App
We had to get a new router, but we set everything up to have the same WiFi name and password. Now the app won’t recognize the new device and can’t connect to the old device (as it stopped turning on)...

I would delete the app and reinstall so it forgets everything about your previous router. Then factory reset the new router which will require you to setup using the wifi and admin passwords printed on the label of the router.

Man I was hoping to look in the comments and see an answer cause I have the same issue. I had to get a new router as well but none of the apps will show my right info or something idk how to explain but it’s the same as you. I’ve dealt with this for months and pushed it to the side since everything was connected, but I can’t do anything in the settings or see how many devices are connected or do anything since it’s like not connected to the app
