LG OLED television does not seem to connect to the home network.

I have the same issues. Just activated the gateway last night, and LG OLED connects, then when I launch an app it says not connected. Any help much appreciated. 

I have a new Tmobile 5G wireless router, just came out last week. 
My LG OLED television does is not connecting to the home network. Can anyone help please?
