I just got the 5G home internet to try and when I plug the Ethernet cable into the back of the router and connect to my google home mesh network, there is no internet detected. Do I need to do something to enable the Ethernet ports or is it something to do with my Google Wi-Fi points?
I plugged in my t-mobile gateway, downloaded the t-mobile app followed setup instructions then plugged in my netgear mesh system. Everything worked perfectly.
