G4SE rebooting nightly
My G4SE Gateway is rebooting every night around 9:30PM EDT. There doesn’t seem to be any schedule setting in the app, or on the modem itself. Is there a setting that I’m missing?
Went through lots of troubleshooting...and T-Mobile sent out a new G4SE. It worked OK at first, but then I noticed it losing connectivity and re-booting again, up to several times a day.
I tried plugging it into a different outlet, re-locating it, re-setting it, and now having it plugged into its own constant-voltage UPS by itself. It doesn’t appear to be over-heating - and the only thing we’ve not yet done is to replace the SIM - which is happening as soon as it arrives.
Has anyone else been able to resolve this problem?
Did you get any help with this issue? This happens at our home multiple times a day.
