I got mine 2 days ago. I set it up with a new password. When I unplugged it to find a better spot, I couldn't connect to it It ends up that when you unplug it, it reverts to the factory default pas...
I had two of the arcadia modems neither worked they are a piece of junk. Support can’t do anything to help you they can only be kind. I would never recommend this gateway. Save yourself a headache
