Tower Outage - 51sth Ave and Union Hills, Glenadale, AZ

Does anyone know if there is a tower outage neat this area? I used to get 5 bars and 5G signal. I am now only getting 3 bars an 4gLTE signal. I did a network reset and even tried another device and I am still having this issue.

I tired support, but the support person was unable to determine the issue.
