Tower Damage

I live in Albuquerque and phone/internet service has been greatly impacted due to tower damage for two weeks now. NO ONE at T mobile can give an approximate time when fully restored. I work at home and this is unacceptable. Worse than Xfinity. Customers need to know when considering T mobile that this happens and to expect no answers. Going back to Century Link
