I’ve been having this issue for the last year and T mobile has provided no help, so I decided to take the T-mobile employee home with me and eventually placed him into a locked container in the middle of the Nevada desert. I’ve been torturing him remotely at least 12 hours per day, but I’m only using humane techniques. I will get the answer to this problem guys, no matter how long it takes. If you have any other questions just let me know. I can get the answer out of him.
