T-Mobile data & customer service decline

Why have I suddenly lost internet while driving?  And why did it take 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone? and then I learn I haven’t been connected to technical support when I said I had connectivity issues.

    however the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..so if you are needing something looked into i would recommend contacting TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter so you start with a higher tier support.
