slow to no service

I been calling for a month now due to slow and no Internet having to unplug the Wi-Fi box 3+ times a day just to get it to work they had me pick up a new box now I have no Internet at all and supposedly they work on every tower near me as ask to speak with the supervisor 2 and that didn't happen
