sick of no service

SoCal and ‘No Service’ ? Are you living up in the mountains/canyons ?
I can tell you for certainty that in the part of SoCal that I’m in , performance and service is quite good, unless you go into the mountains.
Is your $2000 phone a T-Mobile branded device ?
