screwed up service t-mobile is nothing but lies and laziness

File a BBB complaint, and they may help you port. At times, T-Mobile execs (through BBB) have offered to pay off (with return of device) for those that end up on T-Mobile’s ‘not-so-great’ coverage/service.
I’ve sent pictures where its ‘No Service’ outdoors where T-Mobile maps as 4G LTE + 5G to T-Mobile and their execs claim ‘service is working as expected’ and ‘T-Mobile does not guarantee coverage anywhere’.
Sad part is that I can put a reversal on that … “I can guarantee ‘No Service’ in many places where T-Mobile states coverage”.
