Remote Diagnosis of 5G Home Internet
I am using the TMobile 5G Home Internet. How can I check remotely that the network is up and running?
TLife gives some stats on your home internet app w/o using wifi
You will need to login to your TLife account and use the ‘Home’ icon and find your device
Maybe the T-life app is different, but the TMHI app cannot connect remotely (at least not to the Arcadyan KDV21). In order to see if my internet is up remotely, I check a security camera feed or one of my smart devices. Also...I have the router on a manual timer to re-boot 3 times a week in the middle of the night...haven’t had any problems even though I’m away for extended periods.
