I'd recommend using the T-Mobile app with messaging, or if you have Facebook/X (Twitter), contact T-Mobile Help on those social media platforms, unless you have been blocked, as I have, for pointing out issues.
I have the t-mobile app however I don' see "Messaging" as part of it. Is there more than one app?
