Poor cell service
Has anyone been having poor cell service? It’s been over 6 months since my 5 lines have been experiencing poor service. From drop calls to 2 bars or less all while being in the same areas since we have been for the last 10+ years. I called T-Mobile several times and was told everything is fine. The other day I was sitting at home, my service went to “E” network which I assumed its Edge. I am thinking about switching carriers since T-Mobile’s service has gone worse while they continue to promise me that everything is fine when it isn’t.

What devices are you using? Were they purchased from T-Mobile? If T-Mobile doesn't see anything wrong in the area. There might be a new source of interference that might be causing the issue for your lines.
