Ok what in earth has happened to T- Mobile, service almost non-existent wifi outage now on hour 8 phone takes forever to get answered. They have grown to big for their britches
the other option for contacting them would be via Facebook or Twitter..you end up with a higher tier support.
you are having trouble with home net? do you also have phones through them as well as home net? and if so how are they working/not working?
