No network connection in mexico
I'm in mexico right now and i cant make calls or text messages, It says no network connections. I even tried turning on the roaming, but is not working.
Have you also tried enabling the service using the # method on our International roaming services page?
Having the same problem. Have tried the prompts. Have zero service in Cancun. Cannot send or receive texts. Data not working. Having to rely on wifi while at resort for internet but unable to even send a message to my party members here. Help!
