is the internet down in los gatos area?
The t-mobile support had no answers and said to wait and watch for the internet to come back on.

It’s good when it’s a local/device issue that’s a quick fix. Unfortunate to have to factory reset the device. Hopefully its not a reoccurring issue.

I tagged @tmobilehelp via Twitter and got advanced support, the issue seemed to be resolved after factory reset of router.

Typical. When I had issues in a specific area, T-Mobile either knows about it (maintenance, power/internet/etc) or doesn’t (using Sprint tower in weak T-Mobile area, Sprint tower being rebuilt, backhaul is T1 for 5G service).
It took 8 months to fix the T1 issue, and T-Mobile has claimed ‘new tower being built within the next 9 months’ where they took down Sprint, giving ‘No Service’ vs. 300Mbps).
I’d recommend placing an escalation to ‘Advanced technical support’ and get a service ticket number.
