    Hi @Kwabena cashout We don’t have account access to unlock devices here through the Community, but I was able to look up the device. What I see is that device is from China and not associated to T-Mobile at all. This device also shows that it is already unlocked. Not sure what issues you are having. The great people on this Community might be able to provide you with some answers if you tell us exactly what is going on, but ultimately you will want to reach out to the retailer that you purchased the device from.
