How do I fix my slow data/roaming?

I’m not sure that US Cellular will help much in Alaska. Looks like all of Alaska in roaming from USCellular’s coverage map as well. I guess the question would be … does T-Mobile want to purchase an Alaskan carrier or build its own there.
