Call not coming through
My daughter has tried to call me from two different phones, her cell phone and a landline, and both phones tried to call me and the call wouldn’t even ring and just got straight to voicemail. She has called from different locations on her cell phone and it still doesn’t ring and just goes straight to voicemail and I never receive a missed call notification. She has restarted my phone, reset my network settings and turned off my wifi calling. This problem just started and I want to get ahead of it. Please help me fix it
Have you tried turning off 5G to see if that fixes the issue? I have heard of a few examples with some Apple devices having issues with VoNR working properly after January's update.
What device/phone are you using? Did this start after an update to the devices firmware/software? Can you make outgoing calls? Is your device using a pSIM or an eSIM? If you are using a pSIM and it is older than 2 years. Call Support and request a replacent or pick up a replacement from your local T-Mobile store.
i have an iphone se 3rd generation. i believe it just started a few weeks ago. yes i can make outgoing calls. i think i have a psim.
