5g signal seriously degraded

What do i do if my 5g internet signal is only a fraction of what it was before a Tropical storm moved through?

  • Either

    1. Use social media (Twitter/Facebook), T-Mobile app with messaging and get ‘advanced technical support to report the issue
    2. Dial 611 and ensure that you escalate to ‘Advanced Technical Support’ for service and describe the issue

    I suspect that this won’t be an immediate or ETA issue.
