Price Lock
On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to ...

I have been a long time loyal customer of T-Mobile. 14 years and I'm a 68 year old widow having lost my husband of 45 years a couple of years ago. I live on only social security and just found out my magenta plan is going up by $12 a month. That's ridiculous and I can't afford it. When I called in the girl told me that her plan was increasing too. That's all I got. Feel bad for her because her plan was going up more than mine. What can I do ?
