how do i get my credit balance back since i closed my acct. for several months.
you will need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or by either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support) for something like this.
My visa auto pay closed too for several months. Today I received third letter said the same “ credit back” my balance. Can you solve this issue please. Thank you, Hugh.
