Unexplained Charges

I was looking at my bill ready to pay it and yet its $40 more than last months charge which was only $211. I still don’t even understand having to pay a premium for a phone I got robbed for. But now my bill is reading $255. I have made no changes to my account whatsoever and yet here I am with another charge.
