I am currently abroad and am changing SIM cards. How do I suspend my account for 3 months? Without having to cancel the sim.
You want to do a seasonal suspension.
just keep in mind that you can shut off data but they can still manually connect to wifi and get a data connection back.
You can sign into your mytmobile account and shut off data so try checking there.
Is there a way to pause my teenagers account when I need to?
