Iphone not receiving calls when connected to Tmoblile 5g home wifi

One of my Iphones will not receive calls when connected to our Tmobile 5 home internet.  If I turn wifi off on the phone it works just fine.  My other Iphone does not seem to have that problem.  We are using brand new Iphone 14’s.
