You need to be a T-Mobike USA customer, the devuce must be purcgased from T-Mobike, and your device and account need to meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

Most Android devices can be temporarily SIM unlocked through the SIM Unlock app or through the SIM Unlock option in the settings.
