voice mail problem transfer from old phone to new phone
I recently transferred my carrier from Tracphone to T-Mobile. The voice mail set up does not recognize my old pin number thus not letting me change to a new pin. Now what?
@gramps28 is correct. The voicemails from your original carrier are not going to transfer over to T-Mobile. You can see all of the steps to set up and manage your voicemails on our voicemail support page.
