Unblock one device from another

That isn’t how that works. If someone chooses to block you, even if you are the PAH. T-Mobile can’t unblock you from calling or texting them.
and unblock from….what? are they not able to call/text each other? are they on the same account or different accounts? did they block you or you blocked them?
