data plans for smartwatch
i know everyone said you don’t need a data plan for your smart watch. But what I want to know is will the health statistics work without one. For instance, I need to keep a log of my heart rate, ecg,...
I just got a Galaxy Watch 7 in July and briefly used a Garmin before that. Didn't have a plan for either, but was still able to successfully and accurately sync with phone apps once reconnected. I've been impressed by the sync accuracy. Works even if I'm charging the watch and carrying my phone for step counts.
I don't have a data plan and my Pixel watch stiil works fine with my Fitbit app.
